1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beam (“beamstaging.com”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Beam provides AI-powered virtual staging for real estate professionals. You upload property photos, select design styles, and receive virtually staged images. Generated images are intended for real estate marketing purposes.

3. Account & Access

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

• Your photos: You retain all rights to photos you upload. You represent that you have the right to use these images.
• Generated images: You receive a full commercial license to use generated staging images for real estate marketing, listings, and promotional materials.
• No AI training: We do not use your uploaded or generated images to train AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Use the service to create misleading representations of properties that could constitute fraud.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

6. Disclosure Requirements

Virtually staged images should be disclosed as such in your listings, in accordance with NAR guidelines and local regulations. Many MLS systems require a “Virtually Staged” watermark or disclosure. You are responsible for compliance with applicable disclosure requirements.

7. Credits & Billing

• Services are provided on a credit-based subscription model.
• Unused credits roll over up to 2x your monthly allocation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beam is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
