• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store card details.

• To provide and improve our virtual staging service.
• To process your generations and deliver results.
• To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the product.

3. How We Protect Your Data

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
• Photos are stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure (Cloudflare R2).
• We never use your property photos to train AI models.
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your photos and generated images at any time from your account. When you delete content, it is permanently removed from our storage within 30 days. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Beam:

• Supabase: Authentication and database.
• Cloudflare R2: Image storage.
• FAL.ai & xAI: AI image generation (your images are processed but not stored or used for training).
• Stripe: Payment processing.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
